A large turnout of Juveniles turned out to honour our Juvenile Captain Ryan Sexton when his competition was played last Thursday evening.
Justin McCarthy emerged  as the winner for the incredible third year in a row.Justin must really enjoy winning the title and as this is his last year playing as a Juvenile I think he decided he would take the cup with him into the gents  section of the club next year. It's okay Justin you  don't have to give the trophy back, there was no need to win it 3 years in a row to keep it!
All the club officers at the presentation spoke very highly of Ryan and complimented him on his year as Juvenile Captain.Ryan has been a credit  to the club and his family the way he has carried out his duties over the year and it has been great to see a very confident young man emerge over the year.Indeed the manner in which Ryan has stood up every week to make a fine speech had many people commenting on him as a future club captain.
Ryan thanked everyone for playing in his competition and all the back up team behind Catherine for helping out with the all the competitions over the year.He especially thanked Catherine Doyle Juvenile Officer for all her help and last but not least his parents Daithi and Ailish and sister Maria for all their support.
